Zone M: Basalt Landscape Showcase

[Artwork Specs] Projected onto the white wall of the activity center.

This projection takes Penghu's precious basalt landscape as its main visual element, combined with an interactive performance by "Hi Bear," to create a lively and vivid effect that transforms the venue's exterior wall into a welcoming stage, saying "Welcome to Penghu" to every traveler in the most charming way.

Basalt is a type of volcanic rock. After magma erupts onto the earth's surface, it contracts as it cools rapidly, forming five- or six-sided columnar structures—a phenomenon known as "jointing." Its regular yet varied joint structures make up Penghu's most representative geological landscape.

Classic landscape recommendations: Chixi Rock Waterfall, Beiliao Moses Parting the Sea, Niaoyu Back Mountain, Xijiyu Blue Cave, Yuanbeiyu Pleated Skirt, Daguoye Basalt.
