Autumn Frenzy Limited Activities. The Penghu National Scenic Area Administration has integrated five major themes: food, accommodation, travel, shopping, and transportation. Activities include daily shopping rewards, raffles for shoppers, weekly on-site raffles, and the Wind Chasing Stamp Rally specially launched this year. There are also limited-time discounts at over one hundred partner merchants.
